- This study presents an evaluation of health-promoting interventions for older unemployed persons. While programmes focusing on behavioural factors have become quite familiar, there is hardly any experience focusing on external factors, e.g., labour market measures. The results revealed that unemployed persons can contribute to a health-promoting design of government-funded measures, although health-promoting effects could not be proven in the short term. However, psycho-social training led immediately to reduced health complaints and higher self-efficacy. |
